Below is our Policy of Service, we take this into consideration at all times when serving our customers, partnering with other businesses/groups, and when creating future programs and services.
MBS Inc’s Policy of Service Revised 7/13/17
SECTION 1: MBS Delivery
We are NOT responsible for the following UNLESS the customer has an up-to-date MBS Delivery plan:
-Late shipping
-Upcharge to order (shipping cost-up to $2.50)
-Upcharge to order (ASAP delivery-up to $0.50)
SECTION 2: MBS Insurance
We are NOT responsible for the following UNLESS the customer has an up-to-date MBS Insurance plan:
-Broken or damaged packaging*
-Broken or damaged product
SECTION 3: MBS Platinum
We are NOT responsible for the following UNLESS the customer has an up-to-date MBS Platinum account:
-Long visit wait
-Discounts unavailable**
SECTION 4: Payment
We do not accept any of the following:
-Credit cards
-Debit cards
-IOU’s (Not paying for order right away)***
SECTION 5: Other
We do not allow any of the following:
-Exceeding 2 orders every 24 hours
*If the shipping package is broken or torn the product shipped is void and should be disposed immediately. The product(s) will be replaced ONLY IF the customer has an up-to-date MBS Insurance plan.
**MBS Platinum discounts only apply; coupons and other discounts remain valid.
***Your payment may only have a maximum delay of 7 days. Once 7 days have passed without a payment, you will be fined $25.00.
All products made by MBS are copyright MBS Fresh Inc. Re-selling MBS’ products to other buyers is PROHIBITED. Re-distributing MBS’ products to others for FREE is permitted.
